Registered Nurse - Operating Room/Circulating - Full-Time Days

About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, practicing according to nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care using evidence-based practices.
• Partners with patients and families to ensure culturally competent care.
• Promotes teamwork through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
• Supports professional development by mentoring colleagues, engaging in research, and maintaining competency.
• Contributes to protocol development, resource management, and compliance with organizational policies and standards to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of five years of direct patient care experience.
