Registered Nurse - Operating Room/Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practices; deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity; collaborate effectively with team members; support performance improvement initiatives; serve as a preceptor or mentor; promote research and evidence-based practice; ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals; participate in protocol development and resource management. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience; current RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred); strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills; proficiency with technology and clinical documentation; ability to respond to emergencies calmly and decisively.
