Registered Nurse - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Periop Nurse provides high-quality, safe patient care in the operating room, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized care based on evidence-based practices. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive assessments, plans and implements patient care, partners with patients and families, and promotes relationship-based, culturally sensitive care. Coordinates and documents safe care delivery, participates in performance improvement, and supports research and evidence-based practice. Serves as a preceptor and mentors colleagues, advocates for resource efficiency, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications, and a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience. Education should be an associate's or diploma in nursing, with a bachelor's preferred. The role demands strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and commitment to professional development.
