Registered Nurse - Circulating Operating Room - Full-Time Days

Role: RN Clinical Periop Nurse, responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in the operating room environment. Responsibilities include: Performing the nursing process, coordinating interdisciplinary care, partnering with patients and families, promoting evidence-based practice, supporting performance improvement, and participating in professional development and research activities. Key duties: Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, fostering teamwork and collaboration, utilizing effective communication methods, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to protocol development. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, active RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Education requirement is an associate’s degree or diploma, with a bachelor's preferred. Skills: Critical thinking, cultural competence, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
