Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room/Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practice and cultural diversity. Key Responsibilities: Conducts the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), partners with patients and families, and promotes care coordination. Demonstrates teamwork through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement and shared governance. Supports professional development by mentoring, maintaining competencies, and engaging in evidence-based practice and research activities. Contributes to protocol development, resource management, and adherence to policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 5 years of direct patient care experience. Must possess strong communication, technological, critical thinking, and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
