Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - $36-46 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care, including pre-op assessments, intraoperative assistance, and post-op evaluations.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent errors.
• Administer medications.
• Manage specimens.
• Maintain critical system functions to ensure patient safety.
• Promote patient education, dignity, privacy, and cultural competence.
• Document all activities accurately and communicate effectively within the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a patient advocate.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years OR experience in acute care.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or from an accredited program.
• Current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred: experience with trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, or vascular surgeries.
• Preferred: CNOR and PALS certifications.
