Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - $36-46/hr

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) OR - Operating Room Lead to provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs
• Developing individualized care plans
• Implementing medical and nursing orders
• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams
• Act as a supervisor by delegating tasks, assessing staff performance, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines
• Participate in patient rounding, evaluate nursing practice quality, and assist in shift leadership when needed
• Maintain safety standards, observe patient progress, and ensure optimal outcomes through effective communication and care delivery

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Valid RN license
• CPR certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable
• Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience or relevant specialty training preferred
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and basic computer proficiency required
