Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - $36-46/hr

Position Overview: The RN OR - Operating Room Lead provides expert nursing care, supervises team members, and ensures high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced surgical environment. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized, age-specific care plans.Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and implement medical and nursing orders.Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing practices and participate in hourly rounds.Act as shift supervisor, delegate tasks, and oversee patient safety and safety guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.Participate in discharge planning and ongoing patient assessments. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the state of practice.Relevant experience in operating room settings; advanced fetal monitoring or neonatal ICU experience preferred.Effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.Proficient in basic computer skills.Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, Wound Care, or specialized training preferred. Additional Requirements: Must demonstrate ability to work efficiently under pressure, collaborate with team members, and adapt to varying clinical situations.
