About the role
Provides direct clinical care in the Operating Room as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, and implements patient care
- Supervises staff
- Coordinates multi-disciplinary care
- Develops and modifies care plans
- Performs procedures
- Accurately documents all nursing activities
- Deliver nursing interventions aligned with medical plans
- Ensure high-quality, safe care
- Support clinical staff competency
- Manage resources effectively
- Collaborates with healthcare team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP certifications within specified timeframes
- Preferred bachelor’s or master's degree in nursing
