Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room - $36-46 per hour

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room as a Lead role. Key Responsibilities Include Providing professional, individualized bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.Coordinating care planning with multidisciplinary teams and assessing patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and cultural domains.Determining nursing diagnoses, setting realistic outcome goals, and individualizing care plans.Implementing nursing and medical orders, ensuring appropriateness to patient status.Acting as a supervisor by assessing, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment to direct healthcare staff.Participating in hourly rounding and evaluating the quality of nursing practices.Monitoring safety guidelines and safe work practices, with occasional shift leadership responsibilities. Qualifications And Skills Required Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (for L&D) or ability to obtain within six months.Minimum of two years of current NICU experience with neonatal ventilator (Level II EQ only).Basic computer skills and effective interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Include Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).One year of acute care experience or new graduate consideration.Additional certifications in specialty areas such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or wound care. Additional certifications and licenses may be required based on specialty area, including ACLS, PALS, NRP, and bariatrics or wound care training.
