Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in developing and managing programs to prepare nursing students for clinical practice and employment.
- Provide coaching and training to nursing leadership to ensure effective program outcomes and sustainability.
- Lead the implementation of new care modalities and identify best practices for potential adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with nurse executives on strategic initiatives, mentoring leaders in evidence-based practices.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, review operational procedures, and collaborate on priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
- Current RN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensing authority.
- Proficiency in Evidence Based Leadership practices, LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
- Strong skills in data conversion and process improvement.
