Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Education & Student Programs, Full-Time, Days

About the Role

This position involves partnering with nurse leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing student programs and initiatives that support clinical leadership and practice readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to nursing leadership to ensure program success and sustainability.
• Assist in developing "ready-to-work" programs to enhance patient care experience and increase nursing hires.
• Lead the adoption of new care modalities and evidence-based practices within nursing teams.
• Collaborate with Nurse Executives on strategic initiatives and identify best practices for dissemination.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, report outcomes, and align activities with academic health center goals.
• Support leadership in implementing clinical competencies and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN licensure with multistate recognition.
• At least five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership practices, LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
• Strong data management and communication skills.
