Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Education & Student Programs, Full-Time, Days

About the Role

This position involves partnering with nurse leaders to coach, mentor, and support nursing programs and initiatives. It includes developing and implementing student programs to enhance patient care experiences and nursing workforce readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to nursing leadership for program success and sustainability.
• Assist in developing clinical programs that support nursing practice and leadership adoption of evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan strategic initiatives and identify best practices for dissemination across the organization.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with academic health center goals and operational priorities.
• Support implementation of new care modalities and process improvements within nursing.
• Participate in validation of leadership competencies and clinical application of nursing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
• Current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensing.

Skills

• Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership practices, LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
• Strong data management and transformation skills.
