About the Role
This is a non-management role focused on collaborating with nurse leaders to coach and mentor in support of nursing student programs and initiatives. The position reports to a supervisor or director and involves program management, mentorship, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to prepare nursing students, enhance clinical experiences, and increase workforce readiness.
- Provide coaching to nursing leadership on education programs, identify barriers, and promote best practices.
- Lead the adoption of evidence-based care and leadership practices.
- Evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate dissemination of nursing excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Five years of nursing leadership experience.
- Current RN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact.
Skills
- Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership, LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills.
