Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Education & Student Programs, Full-Time

About the Role

Serves as a consultant and mentor to nurse leaders, supporting student programs and nursing initiatives across the organization. Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement nursing student programs, validate clinical leadership competencies, and promote evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages programs to prepare nursing students for clinical and employment readiness.
• Provides coaching, training, and leadership in education initiatives, ensuring sustainability and optimal outcomes.
• Supports implementation of new care modalities and identifies best practices for potential organization-wide adoption.
• Collaborates with Nurse Executives on strategic planning and mentors leaders in evidence-based leadership practices.
• Evaluates and reports on program effectiveness, prioritizing activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Assists in reviewing workloads and operational procedures within academic health programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
• Current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensure.
• Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership, LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
• Strong data management skills.
