Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to nurse leaders, fostering the adoption of evidence-based practices and leadership competencies.
• Develop and manage programs aimed at preparing nursing students for clinical roles and increasing hiring opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify best practices, strategize initiatives, and ensure program sustainability.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, report on outcomes, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational and academic goals.
• Support implementation of new care modalities and process improvements within nursing practice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN license in good standing.
• At least five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
• Proficiency in Evidence-Based Leadership (EBL), LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
• Strong data analysis, coaching, and program management skills.
