Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Night Shift

This role involves supporting newly licensed nurses through a comprehensive 12-month Nurse Residency Program, focusing on their transition into professional practice. Responsibilities Include Providing safe, high-quality patient care by applying evidence-based nursing processes, critical thinking, and individualized care planning.Partnering with patients and families to deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care, ensuring effective communication and engagement.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through documentation, communication, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.Contributing to professional development by completing mandatory education, serving as preceptor or mentor, and modeling professional nursing standards.Promoting evidence-based practice, research, and participation in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.Supporting resource management, protocol development, and efficient use of materials and personnel. Qualifications Include Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current nursing license and adherence to professional standards and ethical codes.
