Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Nights

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident participating in a 12-month Nurse Residency Program designed to support new graduates with less than six months of experience. Key responsibilities include providing patient-centered, evidence-based care under supervision, utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN Resident collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, ensures safe and high-quality care, and promotes cultural competence and family engagement. Essential duties involve coordinating and documenting careparticipating in quality improvement and research activitiesmentoring and serving as a preceptor for peers and studentsadhering to professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirementscontributing to resource planning and protocol development Qualifications include a diploma or degree in nursing (BSN preferred), current licensure, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
