Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Nights

About the role

This role is for a RN Resident participating in a 12-month Nurse Residency Program designed to support newly licensed nurses (less than 6 months experience) in their transition to professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with an interprofessional team, ensuring safety, quality, and cultural competence.
• Perform the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Complete training modules.
• Serve as preceptors.
• Uphold standards outlined by professional and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN licensure (multi-state compact preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay
