Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg/Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric - Full-Time Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal-setting to optimize outcomes.Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care while promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and respectful clinical environments.Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality.Supporting professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring, and modeling professional nursing standards.Engaging in resource planning, protocol development, and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Associates or Diploma Nursing required; Bachelors preferred.Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation is preferred; clinical hours completed during training are necessary.
