Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care - Neuro Telemetry - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is an active member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They collaborate with licensed and unlicensed staff, utilizing evidence-based practices, and adhere to professional standards outlined by applicable nursing acts and ethical codes. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; ensure individualized care through critical thinking.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care, engaging patients and families via effective communication and education.Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and clinical environment respect.Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives, supporting system policies and safety standards.Support resource management, develop protocols, and proactively plan patient care across the continuum.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional growth and a healthy work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (single-state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support certification; BLS instructor or provisional certifications are also required.Less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing education preferred.
