About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs nursing processes (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
- Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
- Partners with patients and families to align care with their goals.
- Ensures documentation and communication promote safety and quality.
- Supports performance improvement, research, and shared governance.
- Mentors colleagues and participates in protocol development and resource management.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing.
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
- BLS certification.
- Less than one year of clinical experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Demonstrates teamwork, critical thinking, and a commitment to professional development.
