Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg Acute Care - Neuro Telemetry - Full-Time Days

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver individualized care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, ensuring their goals guide the care plan.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and respect.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold clinical and organizational policies.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and a healthy work environment.
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in data collection, and contribute to protocol development.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single/state or multi-state compact) and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred; recent graduates with clinical hours are eligible.
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards, critical thinking, and collaborative skills essential.
