Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Neuro Telemetry - Full-Time - Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, safe, and high-quality patient care in a clinical setting guided by evidence-based practice and organizational models. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal setting.Ensuring safe, quality care documentation and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.Collaborating with team members, supporting performance improvement, and participating in shared governance.Supporting professional development, mentoring, and promoting evidence-based practice and research.Contributing to resource management, protocol development, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.Minimum two years of direct patient care experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and emergency responsiveness.Proficiency in technology, time management, and analytical skills.
