Position Summary
The 3 South Telemetry position at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Day Shift Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced cardiac and telemetry team. Ideal for an RN passionate about acute care and patient-centered care.

- Works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical surgical support.
- Works within a fast-paced, high-reliability organization (HRO) environment focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Works 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., rotating weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Maryland, or eligibility to practice under Compact state agreements in accordance with the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON).
- ACLS certification required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
- Prior acute care, telemetry, cardiac, or medical surgical nursing experience preferred.
- Specialty certification in telemetry, cardiac nursing, or medical surgical nursing preferred.
- Full-time availability, including rotating weekends and holidays, required.
