About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care within a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and partnering with patients and families.
• Ensure effective interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.
• Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Active RN license (single or multi-state).
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of nursing education.
