Responsibilities
- Administering prescribed treatments
- Assessing and planning resident care
- Performing admission assessments
- Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
- Effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Supervision of healthcare staff
- Development of care plans
- Education for residents and families
- Participation in quality improvement activities
- Social work/discharge planning
- Ensuring patient safety
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
