About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts to join our Long-Term Care team.
Responsibilities
- Providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care using the nursing process.
- Conducting comprehensive admission assessments and reconciliation processes.
- Collecting and documenting resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and discharge needs.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Developing and updating individualized care plans and promoting patient safety.
- Providing education tailored to residents, families, and staff needs.
- Supervising healthcare team members and participating in quality improvement activities.
- Assisting with social work/discharge planning and informing residents about available services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current Nebraska RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
