About the role
Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) position for the night shift in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care
- Assess, plan, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process
- Perform admission assessments
- Collect and document resident data
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team
- Develop and implement care plans
- Promote patient safety
- Provide education to residents and families
- Supervise healthcare team members
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Foster effective communication
- Develop individualized care plans
- Support resident and family education
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska
- BLS certification
- Strong communication, collaboration, and supervision skills
