Join a dedicated healthcare team as a part-time Night Shift Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care services to residents
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process
- Perform comprehensive admission assessments and coordinate ongoing care
- Collect, analyze, and document resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational domains
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care
- Develop individualized care plans with input from residents and families, promoting safety and quality outcomes
- Educate residents, families, and staff based on assessed needs
- Supervise healthcare team members in compliance with regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and discharge planning
- Provide information on services to support informed decisions
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- RN license in Nebraska
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
