About the role
As a Registered Nurse House Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and accountability. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor and support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion patient-centered care across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assumes shift accountability for hospital operations and provides direction and assistance to the primary caregivers in patient-care areas.
- Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff.
- Counsels and directs unit resource nurses and staff in provision of direct nursing care.
- Investigates and resolves patient/customer and staff complaints.
Requirements
- A current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire.
- ACLS, PALS required within 7 days of hire.
- 5 years experience as Registered Nurse in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
- Nursing supervisor in ICU and/or ED preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hospital setting is highly preferred.

Pay
Hourly Range: $45.11 - $60.89
