About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on medical needs, health education, and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient’s health status and develop a care plan
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide health education and promote wellness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
