Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a home health role in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas. Supportive training and a mission-driven environment focused on compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting admission assessments and reassessments for in-home clients
• Providing nursing visits such as vital signs, medication management, diabetic nail care, and labs
• Potentially supervising caregiver services
• Educating clients on medications and health management
• Demonstrating excellent time management, attention to detail, and self-initiative

Qualifications and Skills

• Active RN or LPN license in Missouri
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational, self-management, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
