About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health role focused on delivering compassionate patient care in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities

• Conducting skilled patient visits based on individual needs
• Providing patient education on health conditions such as CHF, COPD, and Diabetes
• Performing wound care, assessments, and medication management
• Changing dressings and documenting patient conditions accurately
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals including therapists

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the state
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service and compassionate communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
