Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool PRN

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a supportive and positive environment. Responsibilities: Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, develop colleagues, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support Shared Governance through service on councils or sponsored activities. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact), American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least one year of related experience. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required in certain units.
