Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool PRN

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality nursing care within a patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a frontline representative, facilitate communication between patients, families, and care providers, participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, support Shared Governance activities, and foster a positive, supportive environment. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, valid RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact), current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with at least 1 year of related experience. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required for certain units.
