Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool PRN

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; serve as a communication link between patients, families, and care providers; participate in performance improvement initiatives; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; support Shared Governance through service on councils or activities. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; current Registered Nurse license (Georgia or multi-state compact); BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; at least 1 year of related experience; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required in certain units.
