Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool PRN

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a collaborative patient care team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold professional standards, maintain confidentiality and safety, develop team members, and support Shared Governance activities through service on councils or sponsored initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact), and possess at least one year of related experience. Certifications required include American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred for select units.
