Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool PRN

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and care team members, ensuring a supportive and positive environment. Key Responsibilities: Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, develop colleagues, and support Shared Governance through council participation or sponsored activities.Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a current nursing license (Georgia or multi-state compact), and possess relevant certifications such as BLS, with optional ACLS, PALS, or NRP based on department requirements.
