Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold professional standards.Maintain confidentiality, safety, and competence while supporting Shared Governance activities.Develop and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative care environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; current Registered Nurse license (Georgia or multi-state license).Minimum of one year of related clinical experience.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.Optional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required in specific units.
