Position Details
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $31.00–$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while promoting a positive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Help create a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
