Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Position: RN - Adult Psychiatry Location: Evanston Hospital, IL Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Shift: Evening (3:00-11:30 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for adult psychiatric patientsUtilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating patient careSupervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnelCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesContribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications Current IL nursing licenseGraduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferredBLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)Adult Psychiatry experience preferred Skills & Attributes Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and lead interdisciplinary careCommitment to patient safety and quality care
