Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Position: RN - Adult Psychiatry Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL Type: Full Time (40 hours/week) Shift: Evening (3:00-11:30 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Include Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult psychiatric patientsUtilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient careGuiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesContributing to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL requiredGraduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferredBLS/CPR Certification from the American Heart AssociationAdult Psychiatry experience preferred Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
