Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Position: RN - Adult Psychiatry Location: Evanston Hospital, Evanston, IL Type: Full Time (40 hours/week) Shift: Evening (3:00-11:30 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Include Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently for adult psychiatry patientsUtilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careGuiding unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePromoting safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications And Skills Current professional nursing licensure in IllinoisGraduation from an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredBLS/CPR certification from the American Heart AssociationExperience in adult psychiatry preferred Key Duties Delivering patient-centered nursing care in a psychiatric settingApplying clinical skills and nursing knowledge to support patient recoveryLeading and supervising care teams to ensure quality and safetyCommunicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
