Registered Nurse - Evening Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Psychiatry Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for adult psychiatric patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Supervise and coordinate with unlicensed assistive personnel, collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and promote safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association, and adult psychiatry experience is preferred.
