Registered Nurse (RN) Day and Evening shift

Clinton Manor Living Center in New Baden, IL is seeking nurses for the following shifts:

• Full-time day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-time and part-time evening shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift differential pay of $2.00 per hour applies for hours worked between 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM and all weekend shifts. Pick-up shift bonuses are also available.

About the Role

We provide long-term care with skilled nursing for seniors or individuals with high medical needs, including those recuperating from surgery, stroke, or illness. We also specialize in assisting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities who reside with us.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative in providing care and support to residents.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to develop and implement care plans.
• Build strong relationships with all involved in resident care.
• Provide hands-on, person-centered care for individuals with developmental disabilities (for DSP roles).

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN or RN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in the state of Illinois.
• Previous experience as a long-term care nurse is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer programs utilized by the facility.
• CPR certification at the healthcare provider level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for charting and confidentiality.
