Registered Nurse - Day/Evening Shifts

Qualifications & Skills Valid Illinois RN license and CPR certificationExperience in psychiatric settings and knowledge of abnormal psychology are preferredAbility to handle confidential information and work effectively within a teamCertification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (within 90 days of hire) Key Duties Perform nursing duties including patient assessments, care documentation, and outcome evaluationCoordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges with relevant departmentsEngage with patients and families to address physical, psychosocial, and discharge needsParticipate in department improvement activities and staff trainingSupervise patient care and manage resources within budget constraints
