Registered Nurse - Day/Evening Shifts

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Role Overview: Provide professional nursing care by assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, documenting treatments, and evaluating outcomes. Welcome patients warmly, promote a safe environment, and ensure timely rounds and precautions. Collaborate with departments to facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address physical, psychosocial, and discharge needs. Participate in interdisciplinary planning, contribute to department goals, and assist in staff selection, orientation, and program evaluation. Serve as a role model during in-service trainings and community outreach. Supervise patient care within budget constraints. Qualifications: Nursing degree, current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and CPI certification within 90 days. Preferred experience includes psychiatric care and knowledge of abnormal psychology. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication skills.
