Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Coordinator, Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 leadership, including planning, staff development, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage budgets and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with medical directors and disciplines to develop services and improve patient care
• Build strong customer relations and professional involvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in acute or post-acute care
• Current California RN license and DSD certification (or to qualify within 30 days)
• American Heart Association BLS Certification (must be current)
• At least 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills and ongoing continuing education

Preferred Qualifications

• MDS Certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
