Role & Responsibilities
- Assume a leadership role in the ED, overseeing unit functions, patient care, staff performance, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, manage patient flow, and address clinical and customer service needs.
- Assist in staffing coordination and promote high-quality, cost-effective care.
- Support staff in applying the nursing process for patients with complex needs and identify educational opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- 3-5 years of ED nursing experience
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
- Preferred candidates may hold a BSN
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are essential
